Romspen Victims Planning Mass Protest At The Company’s 2025 Annual Investor Meeting On June 24, 2025 In Toronto

Romspen executives can expect more than a few hundred gray haired investors at their annual investors meeting. RomspenReport has learned hundreds of angry Romspen victims are planning a mass protest at the company’s June 24, 2025 meeting. Protestors plan to raise awareness of Romspen’s shady business practices. Business practices they say that have robbed millions of dollars from borrowers and investors alike.

Protest organizers said they are starting the protest at 9:30am in front of the Courtyard Marriot Toronto Downtown Hotel. The hotel is located at 475 Yonge Street in downtown Toronto.

Organizers want to start the protest 30 minutes prior to the meeting. They want investors and Romspen executives know they are there. They also believe this will force Romspen to confront them.

Protestors are mix of people who are victims of Romspen’s business practices. Namely, borrower victims of Romspen’s Loan-To-Own scam and investors who have lost their retirement savings to Romspen’s Ponzi scheme.

The protest is expecting to draw nearly 250-300 people from both the U.S. and Canada. So, avoid Yonge Street between the Wellesley and College TTC stations from roughly 9:30am to about noon on June 24th.

Protest organizers say after the meeting they plan to march the 2.3 km to Romspen’s Toronto office at 162 Cumberland Street and protest until 4 pm.

We have received word that local media will be there to interview protestors. Organizers say press releases will be distributed on June 18th to media across Ontario.
