Recent Romspen lawsuits have raised questions about potential fraudulent activity by executives. The internet is filled with claims of Romspen executives committing fraud. 

First, it’s important to know that regulators have yet to open an investigation against Romspen Investment Corporation. This is surprising considering all the negativity about them on the internet. The company has a long history of issuing questionable loans and not paying investor redemptions. Therefore, it’s crucial to understand that accusations of fraud are coming directly from investors. 

Furthermore, Romspen has initiated these lawsuits when the claims of fraudulent activity from executives has been brought up. Romspen’s fixers at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner to deny any wrong doing by Romspen. However, Romspen is refusing to open their books. Namely, their underwriting guidelines. Romspen’s refusal to supply underwriting guidelines could lead to a number of their lawsuits being tossed.

In addition, Romspen still has not taken any proactive steps to address investor discontent. The company has hardly been transparent in its communications to it borrowers and investors. Moreover, Romspen’s management has been diligent to avoid any inquiries or complaints from investors. 

In conclusion, Romspen lawsuits does not involve fraudulent activity. However, evidence is emerging that there very well be fraudulent activity.
